Over time we have become a recognised voice in dispute management and resolution, corporate and commercial law, fiscal and finance, ICT and media, admiralty and aviation, employment and labour, property, and data protection. Our lawyers have diverse expertise so we can handle a wide range of cases to meet our clients’ needs. We have a penchant for excellence and a reputation for practical, timely solutions.

What if my matter does not fall within your listed areas?

Our doors are open. We believe strongly in partnerships that help our clients. That is why we keep alliances with leading firms across the GCC who specialise in diverse areas of law. Whatever you bring, we will advise on the best course and, if needed, connect you with the right hands for the job.

How can I retain your services?

Schedule a meeting by emailing info@hassanmohammedfirm.com. We will discuss your needs and how we can assist. We then send an engagement agreement for you to review, approve and sign if it meets your requirements.

Where is the firm located?

Our headquarters is in the Dubai International Financial Centre. We also keep desks in Riyadh (Al Olaya) and Doha (West Bay). Clients from every GCC state, and from outside the region, are welcome. We can and will assist wherever the matter sits.

Do you operate outside the Gulf?

Yes. The team is skilled in multi-jurisdictional work. Bring a matter from anywhere in the world; you will be met with capable hands, and we will coordinate local counsel where the forum requires it.

Do I need to come to your office?

No. You do not need to appear in person. Contact us through our support channels and you will be connected with the appropriate member of the team.

How can I contact the firm?

Write to info@hassanmohammedfirm.com or use the form on our Contact page. The principal can be reached at hassan@hassanmohammedfirm.com.

What hours is the firm open?

We are open from 8:00 to 17:00 GST every business day, Sunday to Thursday.

Do I need to pay for a consultation?

Introductory consultations with Hassan Mohammed Law Firm are arranged without a consultation fee. If the matter proceeds, fees are set out in the engagement letter, including any alternative billing that suits the work.

How will I be informed of progress?

You keep tabs on the matter through the lawyer assigned to it. We keep close relationships, within the limits of our ethical and professional rules. You will be the first to receive regular progress updates.

Can I bring a matter on behalf of someone else?

Yes, where you have a proper affiliation — a company, family office, or person you are authorised to represent. Our lawyers will confirm capacity and conflicts from there.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a foundational tenet of the profession. Our lawyers conduct themselves to the highest professional standard so you can be confident that the confidentiality of your matter is protected, including across our GCC desks.

Can I choose a specific lawyer?

Lawyers have different specialisms. The lawyer on your matter is determined by the type of work you present. Upon request, we can attach a particular lawyer to give you regular progress reports, including the founding partner.
