Meet the principal
Hassan Mohammed is the owner and founding partner of the firm. He built the practice to give Gulf businesses and international investors a chambers they can actually reach — senior counsel who pick up the file, explain the options in plain language, and stay on the matter until it is closed.
The team around him includes advocates, transactional lawyers and counsel in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, with alliances across Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Instructions are allocated by specialism, with Hassan remaining accountable for the client relationship.
